What this service is

LeadScope AI is a tool that finds businesses in a geographic area using information published on Google Maps, analyses their digital presence, and returns a list ranked by opportunity. Creating an account means you accept these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your password safe. One account is for one person: if you need more people working, each one needs their own.

Acceptable use

You can't use the service to:

• Send commercial messages to anyone who has asked not to receive them, or otherwise break your country's commercial-contact rules.
• Resell access to the platform without a prior written agreement.
• Automate requests outside the interface to get around your plan's quotas.
• Collect data about people that isn't published as a business contact.

Breaking these rules can mean your account is suspended with no refund for the current period.

Quotas and billing

Each plan has a monthly quota for each kind of action (scans, enrichments, social analyses, reports and AI analyses, among others), which you can check under Settings → Credits. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC and don't roll over from one month to the next.

Today only the Free plan is available, at no cost, and no paid plan can be purchased. When they open, their billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be published here before anything is charged.

About the data it returns

The information comes from public third-party sources and can be incomplete or out of date: a business may have closed, changed its number, or published a website that no longer exists. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee that any given result is accurate or that it turns into a sale. It's worth checking critical details before you use them.

Availability

The service depends on outside providers. There can be interruptions for maintenance or because one of those providers is down. We'll do what's reasonable to give notice of planned downtime.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, LeadScope AI's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you've paid in the previous twelve months. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes and closing your account

These terms can change; meaningful changes are emailed at least 15 days in advance. You can close your account whenever you like from Settings → Security (“Delete my account”) or by writing to soporte@tryleadscope.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, and any dispute goes to its courts.
