Who handles your data
LeadScope AI is the controller for the data described here. For anything about this policy, write to soporte@tryleadscope.com.
Your account data
Creating an account stores your email address and an encrypted version of your password. Authentication is handled by Supabase, acting as a processor. We use it to identify you, give you access to your workspace, and email you if something happens to the service.
Usage data
We record how many searches, enrichments, analyses and reports your account uses. That record exists to apply your plan's quotas and to catch abuse. It isn't used to profile you and isn't shared with third parties for advertising.
We may also keep a history of what you do with your leads (status changes, enrichments, analyses, notes) and of your exports, only to show it back to you on each lead's page and in Exports.
While a scan or a long analysis is running, your account may store what you searched for and where (or which profile or business is being analyzed) and how far along it is, so it can finish even if you close the tab and, where that feature is available, be picked up from another of your devices. Once finished, it's deleted after 30 days.
Data about the businesses you look up
The tool collects information businesses have published so people can contact them: name, address, phone, email address, website, opening hours, reviews and public social profiles. The email and the links to their social accounts come from the business's own website: the scan already checks it, and enrichment reads its homepage when you ask for it. If you ask to analyse their social accounts, we also read their public profiles, their active ads in Meta's Ad Library and their Google reviews. In many cases that information identifies a real person — a sole trader's personal mobile or personal email published as the business contact — and it is then personal data in full.
The tool doesn't send emails, messages or calls. If you contact those businesses, you do it from your own accounts: you are the one answerable for that outreach complying with the rules that apply to you, including those on unsolicited commercial email.
For that data, whoever uses the platform is the controller and LeadScope AI is the processor: you decide which areas you scan and what you do with the list afterwards. By using the service you agree to handle that information under the data-protection and commercial-contact rules that apply to you.
Who we share it with
Only the providers the product needs to work:
- Supabase, for the database and authentication.
- Apify, for collecting public data from Google Maps and social networks.
- OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter, depending on which AI engine is active, only when you use an AI feature: reports, sales recommendations and brand or competitor analyses.
- Hostinger, for hosting the application.
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim), to turn the addresses you type when searching an area into coordinates.
- OpenStreetMap and Esri (ArcGIS Online), which serve the map and satellite imagery: your browser downloads it straight from them, so they see your IP address and the part of the map you're looking at.
If you set up a webhook, the lists you choose to send go to the server you specify.
We don't sell data to third parties or hand it over for advertising.
How long we keep it
Leads and lists are kept while your account is active. When you delete a lead it disappears from your workspace and is marked so it won't come back in future scans. When your account is deleted (from Settings → Security, or at your request by writing to soporte@tryleadscope.com), its data is deleted from the database together with your sign-in. We only keep an anonymous usage record (action type, units, cost and date, without your account or what you searched for) for the service's cost accounting, plus any billing records we're legally required to keep. The database provider's automatic backups roll over on their own and stop containing it when they expire.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its portability and the erasure of your account with everything in it by writing to soporte@tryleadscope.com. From Settings → Security you can also download your data as a file and, where the option is available, delete your account yourself without having to ask. For correction, objection, restriction or any other request, write to soporte@tryleadscope.com. If you think the processing doesn't follow the law, you can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your preferences (language, theme and active brand), your last search, which is cleared when you sign out, and any scans still running, so they can be picked up when you come back. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, active accounts are emailed before the changes take effect.
